VISIT OF ACADEMIC STAFF FROM Wuhan Textile University of CHINA IN THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN AND PRODUCTION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT– 11.07.2024
On Thursday, July 11, 2024, the President of the Department, Prof. Georgios Priniotakis, had the honor of welcoming to the Department’s facilities, a group of Professors from Wuhan Textile University (China).
The main objective of the meeting was the cooperation planning so a to be signed relevant agreements between the two Universities and especially the University of China and the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering of UNIWA.
The members of the committee from the University of China are the following:
- LUO Jinyin Vice President
- CAI Guangming Dean, School of Textile Science and Engineering
- DUAN Dingqiang Dean, School of Economics
- LIN li Secretary of CPC committee, School of International Education
- ZHANG Shasha Director, Department of Students Affairs
- JIANG Weicheng Director, Office of Campus Construction & Governance.
During this meeting, very interesting conversations were took place and it was decided a group of academic staff from UNIWA to visit Wuhan Textile University in the upcoming academic semester, after an official invitation.
A tour to the laboratories, the Secretariat and the premises of the Department followed.
