Sophia Plakantonaki
PhD Candidate
Sofia Plakantonaki is a PhD candidate in the field of sustainable textiles through the exploitation of agricultural waste and circular economy. She is a Chemical Engineer (NTUA) and holds an MSc in “Environment and Health. Capacity building for decision making” from the Medical School of UOA.
She has significant experience in the field of technical and environmental studies, in environmental analysis and in the management of research and educational projects. At the same time, she has certified knowledge and experience in digital design, clothing manufacturing and fashion design. She speaks excellent Greek, English, and French.
