SECOVE Workshop on the creation of synergies between institutions and CoVEs projects in Greece – 27/3/25 hosted from UNIWA

It was a very successful experience the implementation of the “Centers of Professional Excellence for Sustainable Energy Workshop” (on the creation of synergies between institutions and CoVEs projects in Greece), which was held on 27/3/2025 at the Ancient Olive Grove Conference Center at the University of West Attica.  During the workshop they presented the projects: SECOVE, SHOREWINNER, CATALYST, H2excellence and JustReDI. Then followed a roundtable discussion with participants from the fields of Secondary, Higher Education and Training, such as CLIMPACT, SAEK Aigaleo, IEK DELTA, VEP, EKETA (Certh), CEDEFOP, ASPAITE, IME GSEVEE, which was especially fruitful.

 

Furthermore, the following projects and Master Programs of DIKNIGA lab were presented:

  • International postgraduate programme “Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies” and
  • World Textile Engineering Advanced Master (WE-TEAM) ERASMUS MUNDUS
  • METODIC (Strengthening the links between industry and academia for a sustainable textile sector that promotes circular economy in Sub-Saharan Africa)
  • ED (Supporting Entrepreneurship in Eco Design)
  • TECHTEX (Development of technical textiles’ skills for the Moroccan textile industry)
  • TEX4FUTURE (Textile Manufacturing for the Future in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan)
  • INNOVATEX (Innovations in smart and digital skills in vocational education for the modern textile industry)
