Loukas Angelis is a PhD candidate in the Department of Industrial Design and Production Engineering of the University of West Attica in the field of sustainable antimicrobial and antiviral coatings. He is a Textile Engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Quality Management. At the same time, he has certified knowledge in the sustainability and energy efficiency of buildings. He has many years of professional experience as Director of Research & Development in the field of paints with significant professional distinctions and participations in international associations and organizations in the field.
