#Hacktex project 3rd Transnational Project Meeting at Rome, Italy on 8-9/2/2023
On 8-9 February 2023, Hacktex consortium met in Rome for the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting. The event was organised in two journeys and CIAPE hosted it. It was a fruitful meeting, full of decisive and constructive debates.
The first day, February 8th, began with the project coordinator, TUIASI, giving to all partners the pertinent instructions for the project management and administrtive aspects implementation.
Then, AEI Tèxtils, the partner in charge of the project’s communication, provided to all the partnership with the most relevant information regarding of this topic: guidelines about how to implement the already created dissemination materials, instructions on the external exploitation and an update about internal reporting progress.
Afterwards, Cre.Thi.Dev., as a quality control leader, gave some relevant information to ensure a proper and efficient project implementation as well as some feedback from the evaluation of previous events organised by the consortium.
Once the Hacktex general aspects were exposed and discussed, partners focused on the specific advance of the ongoing results.
Particularly, the R2 – Development of virtual training materials output is being developed and consolidated now. UNIWA, as a partner in charge, made its presentation and then partners had talks about the content under development, and how and which virtual platform would host them. This virtual training will be tested by students, before they attend physically the Hacktex training that will be organised next autumn in Borås, Sweden.
The second journey, on February 9th, was focused on the R3 – Industrial smart textiles bootcamp training program. The bootcamp is the previous step to the mentioned intensive education course. It will contain how the educational materials, students and activities will be organised and partners figured out what aspects shall be managed in advance to obtain a proper and early preparation. The University of Borås and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya leaded the debate.
Finally, partners discussed about the R4 – virtual methodological guide on smart textiles entrepreneurship. TITERA, the partner in charge provided the rest of the partners of some reflections for the partnership do define what direction to take regarding to this result.
