He is a PhD Candidate studying triboelectric effects on textile materials as for their influence on energy harvesting. His MSc by Research in Electrical & Electronics Engineering focused on triboelectricity and textile structures. He has designed and developed a prototype device which is suitable for measuring the coming triboelectric voltage of different samples under the same conditions or of the same samples under different conditions.
Moreover he has a BSc in Textile Engineering and a 16years demonstrated experience in laboratory research working as the Quality Control Manager in one of Europe’s biggest yarns production mill. Beyond the area of his research, he builds websites with Drupal CMS and loves mountaineering.
