TEX4FUTURE 6nd Meeting at IZMIR (EGE University) 12-13/5/25
The 6th meeting of TEX4FUTURE (Textile Manufacturing for the Future in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan) Project took place on 12-13/5/2025 in the premises of EGE University (Izmir, Turkey). Representatives of all the involved Universities and institutions paraticipated: TUC, UNIWA, TUIASI, SKU Auezov, TITLI, CCIU, Dulaty, JIZPI, FSU, KTI, CRETHIDEV, APLP).
During the meeting reviewed all the deliverables have been developed in the project, as well as all the related activities and tasks. After the presentation of all the workpackages progress, a more in-depth discussion followed regarding the following subjects:
- Development and implementation of the capacity Building
- The setting up of the textile Centers
- Turning gained knowledge into practice in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan
- Project Quality Control and Quality Assurance
- Dissemination, Exploitation and Sustainability
- Issues relatively the financial and administrative management of the project
A very interesting tour to the laboratories of EGE University took place in the frame of the meeting.
